Leslie holds a Masters of Science in Counseling Psychology from Salem State University and Masters of Education from Lesley University. She is working toward her LMHC in Massachusetts. She employs a person-centered approach individualized for each client’s unique needs. She supports clients in gaining personal insight and inner strength so that they can feel empowered and able to handle life’s challenges. She has experience working with teenagers and adults of all ages. Leslie is especially fond of working with the young adult population. She is trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and behavioral activation (BA). She utilizes aspects of each to best serve her clients struggling with mood disorders, ADHD, PTSD, substance use, and more.
